HERE ARE SOME
Financial Questions
Pricing for design work can vary widely depending on your project needs, but most clients spend over $1,000 on a project. I am always willing to work within your budget, I’ll just make adjustments on how much work I can perform.
It is my policy to charge a fixed price (per project) so that my clients are never left in the dark about the cost.
In order to begin any project, a 50% deposit must be paid upfront. Once the work has been completed, the remaining 50% will be due.
I charge a rate that reflects the value and skills I bring to the table. As far as industry standards are concerned, my prices are reasonable! I am always willing to work within the budget, adjustments will be made to how much work I can do for the project.
Without a doubt! However, to cover UpWork fees, I charge 20% more than my original rate.
I offer unlimited design and revisions for a monthly rate. There will be a range of rates depending on the amount of work involved and the complexity of the job.
Each project comes with three (3) rounds of revisions. after the 3rd round, additional charges will be billed. However, I may offer unlimited revisions during negotiation for a little fee.
Once the project is complete, the client can ask for another two (2) revisions – which serves as a one (1) month limited service warranty – Free of charge.
I can make the purchase but the cost will be added on to the bill as it is the client’s responsibility to purchase licensed assets such as stock photos.
Work Questions
As soon as I receive the project brief, Ill inform you how much time I need to work on the project. If you have a tight deadline, I’ll let you know if I can do it or not. I’m open for rush projects, additional fee may apply.
It will depend on my schedule. If I have the time, I can sometimes accommodate tight deadlines. 8-hour deadline is my minimum – In this case – a 20% rush fee will be added to the bill. Anything less than 24-hour deadline is considered a rush project.
No, unless the client needs me to work with multiple freelancers/employees hired for the project.
I work with clients on a first come, first-serve basis to keep an organized schedule and to ensure ample time for each project. Usual lead time is about 3-4 days (depending on the project) to plan accordingly for your project. But the sooner, the better!
Unfortunately, No. I specialize in different kinds of design work but not these specifically. I do not offer something I cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction. If a project requires 3D work, you will have to hire someone who does 3D design.
Everything. From assets used and editable files such InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator file format. Full payment is required to receive the packaged files.
Best to have all your instructions and ideas shared, as well as the content and any assets ready to go before we begin (brand guidelines, product photos, logo files, etc.). a 50% upfront deposit will be required for me to start working.
I have a standard work process, and a dedicated page was made for this question. Learn more here
